Branding and cost

HighLevel White-Label Pricing

There is no single 'white-label price' because HighLevel separates platform subscription, reseller capabilities, usage and some branded client experiences. The right calculation depends on how much of the experience you intend to brand.

Desktop branding versus reseller operations

HighLevel's public pricing page says users can white-label the desktop web app. But selling software as a recurring offer involves more than hiding vendor branding. SaaS Mode, automated provisioning and markup capabilities currently sit on Agency Pro, so an agency planning a full reseller motion should evaluate the $497/month tier rather than treating white-labeling as a cosmetic feature.

Optional branded experiences

The current pricing page lists a Branded Client Portal App at $49/month per sub-account and a White Label Mobile App at $497/month as optional add-ons. Those are materially different cost structures: one scales per enabled sub-account, while the other is a higher-level platform add-on. Confirm current terms before packaging either into a client plan.

Budget layers

Model four layers separately: your HighLevel subscription, usage-based services, optional branding/add-ons, and internal operating cost. That prevents a common mistake where the agency prices only against the $497 platform fee and ignores messaging, AI, app, support and onboarding costs.

When deep white labeling is worth paying for

A deeply branded experience makes the most sense when software is part of the product promise—not merely an internal tool. If clients primarily buy your service and barely interact with the platform, expensive branding can have weak economics. If the client logs in frequently and the software is central to retention, branding can carry more strategic value.
